In fact, to this day, Alfie spends 4 hours of his 16-hour workday personally guiding children around his 10-acre demonstration farm. Alfie has been deeply influenced by his father, who loved producing the best crops and spearheaded organic farming long before it hit the mainstream. His father also touched many souls and changed lives for the better. Alfie has carried this legacy on.
